Questions

What does my plan include?

Your provider evaluation, compounded NAD+ and injection supplies for your plan length, and shipping are all included in the price shown.

What is NAD+?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of the body and involved in how cells make energy. Research on NAD+ injections for general wellness is still limited, and specific benefits have not been established. Your provider can talk through whether it is appropriate for your goals.

Is compounded NAD+ FDA-approved?

No. Compounded NAD+ is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and is not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness or quality.

How is it taken?

NAD+ is given as an injection at home. Your provider will give you instructions specific to your treatment plan.

Can I cancel? What is your refund policy?

Cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees; cancel anytime from your patient portal at portal.vevarx.com. Your card isn't charged until a licensed provider approves your treatment, so if you cancel before approval, or aren't approved, you won't be charged.

Month-to-month plans renew every month. Cancel at least 5 days before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. 3-month plans are billed every 3 months; cancelling stops your next renewal, and you keep your current plan through the period you've paid for.

Refunds. Compounded medications are prepared specifically for you and can't be returned once dispensed, so orders already sent to the pharmacy or shipped aren't refundable. If you cancel after approval but before your order goes to the pharmacy, you'll be refunded minus a $25 provider consultation fee. If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll work with the pharmacy to make it right.

Most common side effects

Injection-site pain, redness, swelling or bruising; flushing or a feeling of warmth; nausea or stomach discomfort; headache; dizziness; tiredness; and muscle cramps. These are not all the possible side effects. Talk to your provider about any side effect that bothers you or does not go away.
