Questions

What does my plan include?

Your provider evaluation, compounded sermorelin and injection supplies for 3 months, and shipping are all included in the price shown.

What is sermorelin?

Sermorelin is a lab-made peptide similar to growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It signals the pituitary gland to release the body's own growth hormone. Your provider will decide whether it is appropriate for you.

Is compounded sermorelin FDA-approved?

No. Compounded sermorelin is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and is not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness or quality.

How is it taken?

Sermorelin is given as an injection under the skin at home. Your provider will give you instructions specific to your treatment plan.

Can I cancel? What is your refund policy?

Cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees; cancel anytime from your patient portal at portal.vevarx.com. Your card isn't charged until a licensed provider approves your treatment, so if you cancel before approval, or aren't approved, you won't be charged.

3-month plans have a 3-month minimum and are billed every 3 months. Cancelling stops your next renewal, and you keep your current plan through the period you've paid for.

Refunds. Compounded medications are prepared specifically for you and can't be returned once dispensed, so orders already sent to the pharmacy or shipped aren't refundable. If you cancel after approval but before your order goes to the pharmacy, you'll be refunded minus a $25 provider consultation fee. If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll work with the pharmacy to make it right.

See our full Terms & Conditions, or email info@vevarx.com.

Possible serious side effects

  • Serious allergic reactions: stop use and get emergency help for swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, trouble breathing, severe rash or itching, or fainting.
  • Trouble swallowing: this has been reported rarely. Contact your provider right away if it happens.

Most common side effects

Injection-site pain, redness, swelling or itching; flushing; headache; dizziness; nausea; and trouble sleeping or restlessness. These are not all the possible side effects. Talk to your provider about any side effect that bothers you or does not go away.

Before you start, tell your provider if you:

  • Have or have had cancer or a tumor
  • Have a thyroid condition or diabetes
  • Take steroid medicines (glucocorticoids), thyroid medicine, or any growth hormone products
  • Are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding
