Distinction Between Services

VevaRx provides a platform for telehealth consultations with licensed healthcare providers. Based on this consultation, you may be prescribed the following medications:

1. Compounded Medication Program: A program that includes a compounded drug formulation prepared and shipped by an independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacy.
2. NAD+
3. Sermorelin
4. Glutathione

Status of Compounded Medications

You explicitly understand and acknowledge that compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not review compounded drugs for safety, efficacy, or quality. While prescribed by a licensed
healthcare provider based on their professional medical judgment, these drugs have not undergone the same rigorous testing and approval process as FDA-approved drugs.
Branded Medication Fulfillment
VevaRx is not a pharmacy. VevaRx does not manufacture, compound, dispense, or fulfill any prescription medications.
● All prescriptions are processed and fulfilled exclusively by licensed third-party
pharmacies. These pharmacies are solely responsible for the preparation,
compounding (if applicable), and dispensing of medications in accordance with
applicable laws and regulations.
● Please note that branding, labeling, and packaging may differ from the VevaRx website, as prescriptions are fulfilled by independent pharmacy providers.
● If you have questions regarding your medication, including its preparation or fulfillment, please contact the dispensing pharmacy directly.
● No Claims of Equivalence

You understand that any compounded medication you may be prescribed is not a "generic" version of an FDA-approved drug and should not be considered as such. VevaRx makes no claims that its compounded formulations are equivalent to,
have the same active ingredient as, or will produce the same clinical outcomes as any FDA-approved drug.
● Patient Responsibility
You agree that you have been given the opportunity to ask questions regarding your treatment and that the decision to move forward with any prescribed medication is based on the medical judgment of your provider and your informed
consent.

VevaRx specializes in providing Telehealth consultations and appointments for GLP-1 and Tirzepetide prescriptions. Our services include:

● Initial Consultation - GLP-1

Originally priced at $179, currently offered at $199 for the first month. This package includes the Telehealth consultation, prescription, GLP-1 medication, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
● Follow-Up Consultation - GLP-1
Priced at $299. This package includes the Telehealth consultation, prescription, GLP-1 medication, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
● Initial Consultation - GLP-1 + GIP
Originally priced at $259, currently offered at $349 for the first month. This package includes the Telehealth consultation, prescription, compounded Tirzepatide medication, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.
● Follow-Up Consultation - GLP-1 + GIP
Priced at $399. This package includes the Telehealth consultation, prescription, compounded Tirzepatide medication, shipping, and ongoing medical support if needed.

Legal Restrictions

Our products and services are available only within the 50 states of the United States of America. We are not authorized to sell or ship to any other territories or countries. Any sale outside the U.S. is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

VevaRx is committed to transparency and fairness in all aspects of our service. Please carefully review our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted only under the following two circumstances:

1. Medical Disqualification by Provider: A full refund will be issued if a VevaRx medical provider determines during the initial consultation that a patient is not medically eligible for treatment. This decision is made based on established medical guidelines.
Important Note: If the disqualifying criteria or medical condition was knowingly omitted or misrepresented in the initial qualification questionnaire, as evidenced by contradictions between your questionnaire responses and consultation
disclosures, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Billing Error: A full refund will be issued in cases where a billing error occurred due to a processing mistake by VevaRx, such duplicate or incorrect charge.

Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
● For prescription medications: Once the initial medical intake has been submitted, the order is considered processed and is non-refundable, as significant medical and pharmacy resources are utilized, including provider reviews, prescription processing, and shipping logistics.
● For supplements: Once payment has been made, the order is considered processed and is non-refundable, as these products are tailored to each individual’s treatment plan and cannot be restocked or reused for safety and compliance reasons.
● If a subscription is canceled after a charge has been processed: Cancellation will prevent future charges, but previously processed charges are non-refundable.

Refund Request Requirements


To request a refund under eligible conditions:
● The request must be made within 28 days of the original payment date and be submitted in writing to: info@vevarx.com or our physical mailing address.
● Refund requests submitted after 28 days from payment or through channels other than email will not be honored.

Acknowledgment
By purchasing any VevaRx product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.

Transaction Currency

All transactions on trimrx.com are conducted in United States Dollars (USD).

Export Restrictions

VevaRx products are only available to customers residing in the 50 U.S. states. No international orders will be accepted or shipped.

Delivery Policy
Upon approval of the prescription during the Telehealth consultation, the compounded medication will be shipped within the next 48 business hours. Shipping cannot be canceled or modified after the product has been dispatched.

VevaRx respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect necessary information to process your order and conduct Telehealth consultations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
