changed my (PMOS) life

I was diagnosed with insulin-resistant PCOS earlier this year and had been struggling to manage symptoms like inflammation, weight gain, anxiety, and irregular cycles. Tirzepatide through VevaRx has made such a meaningful difference in my health this year.

Within a month of starting, I got my period, lost 10 pounds, and was able to wear my wedding ring for the first time in four years because the swelling and inflammation I’d been experiencing had improved so much.

The VevaRx process was simple from the beginning. My medication was approved and shipped quickly, I was given clear guidance on dosing and administering it correctly, and I’ve had support and follow-up when I’ve needed it.

For me, tirzepatide has felt like a missing piece in caring for my health, and I’m so grateful to have found something that has helped me feel more at home in my body again.

Easy Breezy!

The ordering process was super easy from start to finish. Once I filled out the form I was contacted by the doctor who answered all my questions. My shipment came quickly and the results have been amazing! Better than I expected actually. I would recommend to anyone and will be purchasing again.

Questions

What does my plan include?

Your medication for the plan length, your provider visit and shipping are all included in the price shown.

Is compounded tirzepatide the same as brand-name versions?

No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved. They are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Can I cancel? What is your refund policy?

Cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees; cancel anytime from your patient portal at portal.vevarx.com. Your card isn't charged until a licensed provider approves your treatment, so if you cancel before approval, or aren't approved, you won't be charged.

Month-to-month plans renew every month. Cancel at least 5 days before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Quarterly plans are billed every 3 months; cancelling stops your next renewal, and you keep your current plan through the period you've paid for.

Refunds. Compounded medications are prepared specifically for you and can't be returned once dispensed, so orders already sent to the pharmacy or shipped aren't refundable. If you cancel after approval but before your order goes to the pharmacy, you'll be refunded minus a $25 provider consultation fee. If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll work with the pharmacy to make it right.

Important Safety Information

This information applies to compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide. It is a summary and does not include everything you need to know. Talk with your provider about your medical history and all medicines you take before starting treatment.

Warning: Risk of thyroid C-cell tumors

In studies in rodents, tirzepatide and semaglutide caused thyroid C-cell tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC). It is not known whether they cause these tumors, including MTC, in humans. Do not use if you or any of your family members have ever had MTC, or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your provider right away if you develop a lump or swelling in your neck, trouble swallowing, hoarseness, or shortness of breath.

Do not use if you:

  • Have a personal or family history of MTC, or have MEN 2
  • Have had a serious allergic reaction to tirzepatide, semaglutide, or any ingredient in the medication
  • Are pregnant or plan to become pregnant

Possible serious side effects

  • Inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis): stop use and seek care right away for severe stomach pain that will not go away, with or without vomiting, which may spread to your back.
  • Gallbladder problems, including gallstones: symptoms may include upper stomach pain, fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or clay-colored stools.
  • Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), especially if you also take insulin or a sulfonylurea. Signs include dizziness, shakiness, sweating, confusion, fast heartbeat, and headache.
  • Kidney problems: diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting can cause dehydration, which may worsen kidney function. Drink plenty of fluids.
  • Severe stomach problems, which can be serious.
  • Serious allergic reactions: stop use and get emergency help for swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, trouble breathing or swallowing, severe rash or itching, fainting, or a very fast heartbeat.
  • Increased heart rate: tell your provider if you feel your heart racing or pounding at rest.
  • Changes in vision in people with type 2 diabetes.
  • Depression or thoughts of suicide: watch for new or worsening depression, unusual changes in mood or behavior, or thoughts of self-harm, and call your provider right away if they occur.
  • Food or liquid getting into the lungs during surgery or sedation: tell all of your providers that you take this medication before any procedure that uses anesthesia or deep sedation.

Most common side effects

Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach (abdominal) pain, indigestion, heartburn, burping, bloating, gas, injection-site reactions, tiredness, dizziness, headache, and hair loss. These are not all the possible side effects. Talk to your provider about any side effect that bothers you or does not go away.

Before you start, tell your provider if you:

  • Have or have had problems with your pancreas, kidneys, or gallbladder, or severe problems with your stomach, such as slowed emptying (gastroparesis)
  • Have type 2 diabetes or a history of diabetic retinopathy
  • Have a history of depression, suicidal thoughts, or mental health issues
  • Are scheduled for surgery or another procedure that uses anesthesia or deep sedation
  • Are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Stop treatment at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy.
  • Take birth control pills by mouth. Tirzepatide may make them less effective; your provider may recommend a non-oral method, or adding a barrier method for 4 weeks after you start and after each dose increase.
  • Take any other medicines, including insulin, sulfonylureas, or other GLP-1 medications. Do not use with other GLP-1 receptor agonist products.
